How to Use ALERIA'S ChainBar

Three steps. That's all it takes.

Attach your socket. Snap whatever socket the bolt needs onto the thin end of the bar. 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" drive — three adapters come in the box. The head is only 0.63" thin, which means it slides into gaps where your ratchet head, your impact body, and your breaker bar have already failed.

Attach your ratchet. Connect any standard ratchet to the drive end. This is the end that stays outside the obstruction — out in the open where your hand has room to move, where you can actually generate leverage. Nothing special required. Whatever ratchet is already in your drawer works.

Reach the bolt. Slide the bar past the bracket, behind the manifold, around the firewall — into the space that stopped every other tool you tried. The socket seats on the fastener. You turn the ratchet. And here's where the chain changes everything.

A steel roller chain inside the bar connecting both ends. When you turn the ratchet, the chain carries that exact rotation to the socket — 1:1 torque transfer, zero flex, zero wobble. The bar stays completely rigid while the chain does the turning inside it. No universal joint to buckle. No swivel to walk off the bolt.
